Iggy Online offers complimentary ground shipping within 14 to 30 business days (Mon-Fri)
Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please contact us before purchasing for a quote.
All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping time is not counted as part of the time it takes for your order to be prepared and processed to be dispatched for shipping.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You are able to track your order via our website using the order number and your registered email address or the package tracking number that will be provided once your order ships. If you do not receive a package tracking number after order has shipped please contact [email protected] for it.
All items are dispatched and shipped from our international warehouses in North America, Europe and China.
Depending on your order and the location of the items, they may be dispatched together or separately with individual tracking codes and will arrive at different intervals.
Depending on the item you ordered, additional customs fees may levied by your local import customs authorities. We are not responsible for additional customs levied once the item has shipped. By purchasing from us, you are consenting to being responsible for any additional customs fees levied by you local import customs authorities.
