WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

All sales are final. Returns will be accepted in the event of an item being damaged during shipping or an incorrect item being delivered. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Iggy Online accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron, Clearpay. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • Iggy Online features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

I PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE PROCESSED?

Firstly thank you for ordering from Iggy Online!

Orders are processed within 1-7 working days. This means it's being PACKED and PREPARED for dispatch. Only after dispatch, will the item be shipped.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS DISPATCHED FROM?

Your items are dispatched from our warehouses in locations across North America, Europe and China. Depending on your order, some of the items may be shipped separately from different locations and will arrive at different times. Each item in your order that is shipped separately will have its own tracking code.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY VERSUS BEING SHIPPED LOCALLY?

We try to keep our overheads such a warehousing and delivery costs as low as possible so that we can pass those savings on to you. Where we can, we will try and ship from the nearest local dispatch point so that you get what you ordered quickly. We understand how eager you are to get what you bought.

I'M CONFUSED. WHAT DOES DISPATCHED OR DEPARTED MEAN IN MY TRACKING?

The shipping terms are interchangeable. If your order tracking states "DISPATCHED" or "DEPARTED" it means that the item has left the supplier, a sorting center or the airport of the country that is is currently in.

WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG TO BE DELIVERED?

With the current international health crisis caused by COVID-19, many of our warehousing facilities around the world, are experiencing higher volume than normal, as people turn to online mediums of purchasing due to movement restrictions. With increased demand, a decline in commercial flights, lowered production rates due to social distancing limitations, coupled with new and unforeseen Covid-19 containment measures and other restrictions imposed by various countries, our average delivery times have increased on average to 14-20 working days (Mon-Fri). Your order will reach you, but will just take a bit longer than you are used.

MY ORDER HAS TAKEN LONGER THAN THE AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME TO ARRIVE, WHAT'S GOING ON?

Our average delivery time is 14-20 working days (Mon-Fri) from the time the order is dispatched from the warehouse. This does not take into account order processing time. If you feel your order is taking longer than usual to arrive and are worried about it, please reach out to customer care with your query and we'll look into it for you.

CAN I SPEED UP MY ORDER DELIVERY?

Yes and No.

Yes, if you ask us for an expedited shipping method prior to placing the order, however additional shipping costs will apply for a faster delivery. We will provide a quote for the additional cost first.

No, if the order has already been placed. Our standard free shipping will applied automatically.

WHO'S DELIVERING MY ORDER?

Your package may be pass though different carriers on it's way to you. This adds a bit of time to the delivery of course, but it makes your shipping charges FREE!

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?

Refunds can take anywhere from 3-20 days to be processed and reflect. Refunds will be processed back to your method of payment when we receive your returned item.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, of course! We understand that you've changed your mind. You will need to get in touch with us with in 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. Orders that have already shipped, will only be considered for cancellation once the delivery time of your order exceeds 40 working days (Mon-Fri) and we are still unable to deliver your purchase.
